By enrolling your child in tuition services provided by Zaada Academy, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Tuition Services

We provide academic support in core subjects including Mathematics, English and Science, tailored to the student’s needs and delivered via small group sessions in-person.

2. Bookings & Scheduling

• Sessions are booked in advance on a hourly, monthly or termly or rolling basis.

• We will confirm all sessions via email or text.

• It is your responsibility to ensure the student attends on time and is prepared.

3. Payments

• Payment is due in advance, either monthly, or termly, as agreed.

• Accepted payment methods: cash.

• Late payments may result in paused sessions until the balance is cleared.

4. Cancellations & Missed Sessions

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations.

• Sessions cancelled with appropriate notice may be rescheduled within the same term, subject to availability.

• No-shows or late cancellations are charged in full.

• If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a replacement or refund.

5. Safeguarding & Child Protection

• All tutors are vetted and adhere to safeguarding procedures.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring the child is supervised before and after sessions.

6. Code of Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour from students, parents, and tutors. We reserve the right to terminate tuition if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

7. Student Progress

We aim to support academic development, but results cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on the student’s effort, attendance, and engagement.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All personal data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

• Missed sessions due to student absence
